#19 Register Sommelier-3 on Quicksilver

Sommelier Finance is a Cosmos SDK-based blockchain that provides risk-managed multichain DeFi strategies. Sommelier is one of the few Cosmos chains with real yield paying for staking rewards, which makes liquid staking particularly important as it allows for a high staked supply by letting staked SOMM be used in DeFi. The Quicksilver development team proposes onboarding the Sommelier Network onto Quicksilver to allow SOMM holders to liquid stake SOMM and receive qSOMM. Timing: The onboarding of Sommelier will be effective when the proposal passes at the end of the voting period. Sommelier will be added to the Quicksilver front-end soon after. Voting Outcomes: - If you vote YES on this proposal, you approve onboarding the Sommelier Network. - If you vote NO on this proposal, you do not approve onboarding the Sommelier Network.
