#20 Onboard Akash onto Quicksilver

Summary Akash is open-source Supercloud that lets users buy and sell computing resources securely and efficiently. With Akash, You can deploy your own cloud infrastructure, and you can sell your unused cloud resources to others. You can also buy cloud resources from others, and you can use them to run your applications. This proposal aims to onboard Akash on to the Quicksilver protocol. This will enable users to stake their AKT (Akash's Staking Token) and mint qAKT (uqakt). Timing The onboarding of Akash will be effective when the proposal passes at the end of the voting period. It will be added to the Quicksilver front-end shortly after completion. Voting Outcomes - If you vote YES on this proposal, you approve onboarding Akash - If you vote NO on this proposal, you do not approve onboarding Akash
