Summary Agoric is a cosmos-based Layer 1 blockchain for building cross-chain smart contracts in hardened JavaScript, making blockchain programming accessible to the 17+ million JavaScript developers around the world. The Quicksilver development team proposes onboarding the Agoric zone onto Quicksilver to unlock liquidity for $BLD stakers. This action will enable the deposit of $BLD (ubld) and the minting of $qBLD (uqbld). Timing The onboarding of the Agoric zone will be effective when the proposal passes at the end of the voting period.
