About

This proposal aims to upgrade Quicksilver quicksilver-2 mainnet to v1.6.3 of quicksilverd.\n\nThis release adds new message types: MsgRequeueUnbonding and MsgCancelUnbonding (to aid in recovery of failed unbonding txs, without the need for an upgrade handler), removes MsgCancelQueuedUnbonding (superceded) and introduces a couple of minor of bugfixes/efficiency improvements, details of which can be found here: https://github.com/quicksilver-zone/q
