#46 Onboard Celestia (chain_id: celestia) onto Quicksilver

Summary Celestia is a modular data availability network that makes it easy for anyone to securely launch their own blockchain. Given the recent Lemongrass upgrade to enable ICA on Celestia, the Quicksilver development team proposes onboarding the Celestia blockchain onto Quicksilver to unlock liquidity for $TIA stakers. This action will enable the deposit of $TIA (utia) and the minting of $qTIA (uqtia). Timing The onboarding of the Celestia zone will be effective when the proposal passes at the end of the voting period. Subsequent to successful checks, the Quicksilver web app will enable support for Celestia shortly afterwards. Voting Outcomes * If you vote YES on this proposal, you approve onboarding Celestia * If you vote NO on this proposal, you do not approve onboarding Celestia
