#49 Upgrade quicksilverd to v1.7.2

This proposal aims to upgrade Quicksilver main (quicksilver-2) to v1.7.2 of quicksilverd.\n\nThis release refactors transaction inclusion proofs for scalability, adds support for Celestia ShareProofs, updates the redemption rate calculation logic, and features a number of smaller fixes and improvements, details of which can be found here: https://github.com/quicksilver-zone/quicksilver/releases/tag/v1.7.2
