This proposal aims to upgrade Quicksilver main (quicksilver-2) to v1.7.5 of quicksilverd.\n\nThis release fixes the redemption rate issue seen on Cosmos Hub, fixes an edge-case that sends an invalid ICA transaction, adds a new query to aid with mapped accounts, and adds an upgrade handler to forcefully correct the redemption rate on Cosmos.
