#8Change mint epoch-identifier param to emit inflation daily

This proposal will affect the inflationary emissions of the Quicksilver chain, by updating the mint/epoch_identifier parameter from 'epoch' to 'day'. This will have the effect of causing inflation to be emitted daily, instead of the current epochly (three days) schedule. The emissions calculation of 40m QCK tokens for y1 was calculated based upon the daily schedule, so this change will ensure that inflation is emitted as intended. - Voting 'Y
